An appointment was made quickly for the next week at a time convenient for me. At the appointment I was seen on time and all tests were explained and offered a thorough and efficient assessment. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The optician and optometrists were very professional and I felt confident they had given me an accurate prescription and could offer the best advice re glasses and lenses.

Have recently moved to Haverhill and had my first consultation yesterday, I found the staff very friendly and extremely helpful. All the staff seemed very well informed and answered my questions confidently...... a positive experience all round.

Much friendlier and more relaxed feeling than specsavers where I've been going and didn't feel like I was just another customer, eye test was professional yet always felt comfortable. I will certainly return.
